The successes of my students
The biggest pleasure in my job is seeing the effect of it, seeing my students learn and improve their English or succeeding in applying to universities of their dreams. I’m very proud of all of my students and here I wanted to mention just a couple of examples of their achievements.
I have been working with Filip for the last 4 and half years. When we started he struggled with naming the days of the week or the months of the year in English. He also suffers from dyslexia and has attention deficit problems. He needed a special approach to our individual lessons and since we started working together he has improved enormously. He has passed the British Council examinations: PET, FCE and CAE and gained a place in a class with International Baccalaureate diploma. In the future he plans to study at Oxford and I’m sure that he will achieve his dreams.
When I started working with Agnieszka she wanted to learn business English and practise her conversation skills in order to find a good job (she was unemployed then). She was a very able student and after a couple of sessions she gained a lot of confidence when speaking the language. Two weeks later she started her dream job in an international company where she uses English almost every day.
Paula was in her last year of secondary school when we started our lessons. She wanted to be a scientist at Oxbridge but didn’t know where to start. I helped her prepare an application for a scholarship at one of prestigious British high schools, which she received. Two years later I guided her through the UCAS application process, we practised Oxbridge mock interviews and Paula received an offer to study Natural Sciences at Cambridge. Her parents were not able to afford her studies abroad and I helped her find funding for university. She says that studying there was the best time of her life.
These are just a couple of examples of what my students have achieved. I’m extremely proud of them and their achievements. I can help you achieve your dreams too!
